Rulings
- Gold production for Weapons and Armor is not affected by Corrupt Iron Mines, because Corrupt Iron Mines make Blacksmiths produce one less gold "instead of" one more, and there is no minebased increase on the second production. [JA, 5 May 2003] Rules Archive, August 18, 2007, p. 79
Rules Q&A
- Q: Don't forget - 5g will buy you Blacksmiths, too. (that's for the non-corrupt Crabs out there.)
Remember - with 5G, Kuon, Kuroda, Tatsune, Tenshu, Kagore, and Reisha all become off the box personalities. That's an awful lot of force, people. This stronghold may push Crab attack to the top ranks.
A: You're forgetting the line that says "Your Stronghold produces 1 less Gold when paying for a Personality or Follower." Jeff Alexander, "post for 3 October 2001", 3 Oct 2001
