Card Title: Kimura, Forgiver of Sins Force/Chi: 2 / 4 HR/GC/PH: 4 / 7 / 3 Keywords: Dragon Clan • Air • Monk • Unique • Forgiver of Sins Text: Kimura enters play ignoring Gold Cost if you control the Ring of Air. Air Limited: Discard a card. Increase the Honor you gain from your next Proclaim this turn to equal the card's Focus Value.
Player Action: Proclaim Text: Reaction: After you bring a Personality in your province with your Clan alignment into play without Clan discount, if it is your turn: Gain Honor equal to his base Personal Honor.
Glossary extract: Dishonor (Page 99): "When dishonorable Personalities are involved in gaining one or more points of Honor, the Honor gain does not happen and they are rehonored (restored to honorable status) instead. Specifically, this happens: • Before a player gains Honor from an action or trait that targeted, came from, or was performed by one or more of his or her dishonorable Personalities."
----------------------------------------------------------------- Situation: I have a Dishonored Kimura and activate his Limited.
I think this happens: For my next Proclaim, only gain the base honor of my personality, lose the bonus(increment) and rehonor Kimura.
-That happens? -If I'm wrong. As it should be then?

A: As you point out, rehonoring a Personality only happens if "an action or trait that targeted, came from, or was performed by one or more of his or her dishonorable Personalities."
Kimura's action creates a delayed effect that increases an honor gain, but does not itself gain honor. The honor gain comes from the rulebook via the Proclaim ability.
Therefore a Dishonorable Kimura will not rehonor if she is Dishonorable when her controller uses her ability, and her controller will gain honor off the Proclaim ability as normal, increasing it to match the Focus Value of the discarded card.
