• Q: Can I activate Daigotsu Arakan's ability, interrupt it with the Courage action to discard Ichigo's Guard, and then equip that Ichigo's guard from the discard pile with Arakan's ability?
  If not, could I use courage to interrupt some other action (one that does not create a Fear effect), just to get Ichigo's Guard into the discard pile so that on a later action I could equip it with Arakan's ability?
  A: You need to target the attachment prior to the Interrupt window on Arakan's action, so the Ichigo's Guard would need to be in discard already.   Edit: In all honesty, I'm not entirely sure what * is referring to in Arakan's action. Since it doesn't state what it is. Is it just the cost of using his ability and I can just choose to not pay anything and then bring the follower in to play (paying all costs, of coarse)? Can you explain to me what the * is referring to in his ability? Thanks
  A: Please note the text from the Coils of Madness rule sheet,
  "Recruitment Station has the action: Battle/Open, (*), (bow) : Equip a Follower, paying 2 less Gold. This means that you target your performing Personality and a Follower in your hand, pay the Follower's cost minus two Gold and attach it to the Personality."
