Rules Q&A
- Q: "Limited: Bow your target unbowed Ring or Moto Ming-Gwok. Draw a card."
Do I have to control the Moto Ming-Gwok that I bow for the action?
A: All the preceding adjectives carry to the other side of the "or" as well. So, like the Ring, Moto Ming-Gwok has to be "your target unbowed". Brook Cunningham, "Moshi Tomiko • Experienced", 20 Apr 2014 - Q: Moshi Tomiko reads: Limited: Bow your target unbowed Ring or Moto Ming-Gwok. Draw a card.
Which clearly means you can only bow your own Tomiko...
Moto Ming-Gwok reads: Open: Bow or straighten a target Ring or Moshi Tomiko.
Since this action does not specify YOUR Moshi Tomiko does this mean if my opponent has Moto Ming-Gwok in play and I have Moshi Tomiko, that he may use the open to bow my Moshi Tomiko?
A: That is correct. Jon Palmer, "Moto Ming-Gwok and Moshi Tomiko", 27 Feb 2014
