Okay so here is my question. I use Koan's whisper on a province, reducing it's strength to 0. I then go in to combat, furing the combat i use expensive achievement to lower it a further 2 force. Can my 0 force dude take this province? IS the provinces strength 0? or is it -2?
Thanks in advance!!
A: No, province strength (and any number, other than family honor) cannot drop below zero. You're still going to need 1F there to take the province. Jon Palmer, "War + Koan's Whisper + Expensive Achievement", 5 Mar 2014
