Rules Q&A
- Q: Assuming I'm building for Emperor Edition and following only those rules, how do you handle double-bugged personalities (who also have the Ivory bug) who appear to be priced with Ivory in mind? Ikoma Takakura, for example. Thanks in advance!
A: There were no special Rules for, or prohibitions against, using such Personalities during Emperor. I can't exactly say off the top of my head if there were or weren't significant tournaments that overlapped the legality of dual Ivory/Emperor sets and whether that may have something to do with that fact, but the fact is what it is.
