Rules Q&A
- Q: If a single stratagy has multiple gold cost actions (Ex. Knowledge and Power) may I use Yoritomo Nishigori to pay for both?
A: As explained on p49 of the Comprehensive Rules, the Gold cost of the Discipline trait is added to the Gold cost of the action taken using Discipline. That is, if you use the Discipline on Knowledge and Power to play it from the discard pile, the action's Gold cost is 2g.
Yoritomi Nishigori may pay the whole of this cost, as it is the cost of a Strategy. Alex Jones, "Yoritomo Nishigori and Multiple Gold Costs", 31 Oct 2014
