Rules Q&A
- Q: Can Breath of the Heavens be played in order to gain the +1F token if the only opposing personality is Matsu Yuuto? I thought the answer was an obvious yes, but THIS RULING has me a little uncertain now. Can Rules Team please clarify a bit?
A: Sorry, I though my second answer in your link made it clear what portion of the first answer was reversed.
Ranged Attack targeting is never required (that bit didn't change) and always optional (that bit did).
The answer to your question was and still is "yes". Brook Cunningham, "Ranged Strikes vs. May Not Target", 11 Sep 2012
