Rules Q&A
- Q: If a player is using Koiso Sensei, can they attach attachments other than fire spells?
A: You may Recruit non-Fire Holdings, and Equip non-Fire Items and Followers. Alex Jones, "Koiso Sensei and attaching things other than fire spells.", 15 Dec 2014 - Q: Question about Shiba Tsukimi exp5. Does Tsukimi's trait of having all element keywords of Personalities you control take effect while she's face up in a province or in the discard pile? So if I have a Personality in play with Fire, Tsukimi would also have Fire and so I can recruit her while using Koiso Sensei?
A: Yes. While their card is out of play, continuous traits affect the card they are on, and only that card, unless the trait states otherwise. Brook Cunningham, "Sun and Moon #rules-questions", 24 Aug 2023
