Rules Q&A

• Q: Feign Death Interrupt: Target your Personality. After the action resolves, if it destroyed him, bring him into play in your home, ignoring costs and Honor Requirement, then bow him, dishonor him, and lose 2 Honor.
RECRUIT # Furthermore, any time an effect brings a Personality or Holding into play from an out-of-play area, it is considered Recruiting and follows the Recruit procedure with any stated modifications. This does not apply to created cards because they are brought into existence from nothingness.
Does feign death recruit personalities or not? Palmer said the rules were going to be changed 3 months ago. Should we be playing feign death as recruiting personalities as the rules indicate or are they still going to be changed? http://alderac.com/forum/viewtopic.php? ... o#p1460523
Could I use the interrupt on a kitsune to get another spirit while using feign death? A: Feign Death does not recruit Personalities. I apologize for the slowness in the CR update, but that's the way the card works. Jon Palmer, "Feign Death and recruit", 15 Jun 2015
• Q: Regarding the ruling on Cavalry Escort and Iweko Seiken, I assume if you use Cavalry Escort to recruit, say Kitsune Beiko and have the bear in the battlefield as well?
A: That's correct. Brook Cunningham, "Follow Up Question on Cavalry Escort and Recruiting", 2 Jul 2014
