Political Open, bow: Give a target Personality (in play) +1PH or -1PH.
Favor Political Interrupt, bow: Discard the Imperial Favor to increase or decrease a Proclaim Honor gain by 1.
Here's my question: Say I have the Imperial Favor, Neya is in play, and Mizuki is in a province. If Mizuki is brought into play, can Neya's Interrupt be used to increase the Proclaim gain from Mizuki, then Mizuki's Invest ability used to immediately retake the Imperial Favor?
Thanks for the help!
A: Yes. The effects of Neya's Interrupt will be fully resolved before Mizuki's Invest is resolved, so you will not have the favor and can take it back. Jon Palmer, "Susumu Neya/Susumu Mizuki", 21 Jul 2014
