Rules Q&A
- Q: When using paying for the action on A Ready Soul / Proper Equipment and assuming I am equiping an item. Am I paying for a strategy or for the item or both? Looking at interaction with Yoritomo Nishigori?
A: Both, as discussed here.
Nishigori may produce 3g for A Ready Soul, and, if you use it to Equip an Armour or Weapon, Toil of the Zokujin will produce 2g for it. I was curious as to whether or not this worked since the equip rule has a targeting requirement but the battle action would bring a personality that would make the new personality a target.
