Rules Q&A
- Q: Open Emotion
Scout Training
if i use Open Emotion to make a battle strategy an engage action, can that action then be prevented by Scout Training?
A: Yes. Open Emotion makes a Battle ability from the Strategy an Engage action while it is announced and resolving. Ben Higgins, "Open Emotion and Scout Training", 19 Jul 2014
