- Q: Can Mirumoto Touya's Fear 4 target a personality with Followers? Does the "legal" clause prevent it?
Iaijutsu Battle: Touya challenges a target enemy Personality. The winner creates Fear 4 targeting a (legal) card in the loser's unit (there is no effect in a tie).
A: The reminder text is there to show that it must follow all normal targeting rules (i.e. it cannot hit a Personality with followers). This differs from a card like Oneiyara, which specifically targets the Personality and therefore bypasses normal targeting restrictions. Jon Palmer, "Mirumoto Touya", 23 Mar 2015
