Rules Q&A
- Q: Does Uguisu allow you to target attachments other than followers?
A: Uguisu does not allow a change in what Fear can target. However, if another effect is allowing you to target something other than the rules' normal "follower or Personality without followers", then Uguisu's effect will apply as well. Jon Palmer, "Uguisu", 8 Dec 2014
