Rules Q&A
- Q: I am a Crane player with Hakuseki Sensei attacking a Spider player. If I target his Daigotsu Atsushi with You Walk With Evil, he bows after he dishonors so I do not gain the 1 Honor from my Sensei, correct?
You Walk With Evil Battle: If a target Samurai's army contains any Shadowlands cards, bow and dishonor him, and permanently give him Shadowlands
Hakuseki Sensei Your Stronghold has no abilities. Your Magistrates have +1F while opposing any dishonorable Personalities. After each time your Battle action bows or destroys a dishonorable Personality, gain 1 Honor.
A: He becomes dishonorable after he bows, so you do not gain the 1 Honor from your Sensei. Alex Jones, "You Walk With Evil + Hakuseki Sensei", 20 Jul 2015 - Q: Hello, I had a quick question about this potential interaction
A) I have Keppo and another Personality with a battle action (Let's say Daigotsu Atsushi) at the battle. B) I play Inspired Leadership and have Atsushi copy Keppo's Interrupt. I take an additional action C) I use Atsushi's Fear 2
My question is can I use the copied interrupt as well to attach an item from my opponent's discard pile? My reasoning is that in post arcs that I played in, when abilities were copied, we almost always substituted the name of the copied with the copier. In this instance, I would imagine that on the copied interrupt, Keppo would be replaced with Daigotsu Atsushi.
Cheers!
Keppo Interrupt, *gold : If the action Recruits Keppo or is his printed Battle action, after it resolves, Equip a target attachment from another player's discard pile to him. Battle: Destroy a target enemy attachment with 4 Gold Cost or less.
Inspired Leadership Battle: Target your Personality and another Personality. Give your Personality +1F and he copies an ability on the second target which does not copy abilities.
Daigotsu Atsushi Battle: Fear 2
A: Yes, for the reason you describe - the References rules have not changed in this respect. Alex Jones, "Keppo + Inspired Leadership", 17 Feb 2015 - Q: I am unsure if this topic will fall under or be taken under consideration with Oneiyara's discussion viewtopic.php?f=59&t=108336
Can you combine "Fear through followers" fear action with a normal fear action, to increase the value of "the fear through followers"?
I.E: Daigotsu Atsushi has a Tested Blade equipped. I announce Tested blade's fear = to chi battle action. I interrupt by combining his printed fear 2. Can I perform a "fear 6 through followers"? Also, relevant wording on Zlkyt's Family.

A: If you combine a Fear Effect that can target a Personality with Followers with one that can't, the combined attack cannot target a Personality with Followers.
From the Comprehensive Rules, p 46, Combining, paragraph 4: The original attack effect may only target a card that it, as well as each of the combining actions, could target. Alex Jones, "Combining "fear through followers"", 29 May 2014
