Rules Q&A
- Q: This card says: If the current enemy army has any units, transfer your target Fortification at its battlefield to another Province.
Does the "its" refer to the army or the fortification?
The former would mean that the Fortification must go from the current battlefield to somewhere else, but why wouldn't the text say "at the current battlefield" or just "here"?
The latter would mean that the Fortification can travel between two batlefields that are not the current one, but why wouldn't the text say "from its Province"?
A: "Its" in this case refers to "the current enemy army"; you're right that it doesn't work logically if "its" referred to the Fortification. Jon Palmer, "Mastery of Chikujo clarification", 9 Apr 2015
