Card Text: Before you announce an action, once per battle, you may announce a Terrain action ignoring restrictions on whether there are any at the current battlefield. Before it enters play, destroy any other Terrains in play. After it enters play, draw a card.
Before you announce an action, if you control a Tactician at the current battlefield, once per turn, you may announce an ability that does not put it into play from a Formation in your hand as if the ability was the only text on the Strategy, and any of your Tacticians may perform it as if they had any required keywords.

Q: You can't play formations off chitik because he doesn't allow you to use the rule book action to put them into play. Could you use the Castle of the Swift Sword trait to just play it as an action?
