Rules Q&A
- Q: Thanks much, just checking if there's a loophole One last question, what if the action destroys my Personality and then has an Honor gain? Should still count since my Personality had Ritual Armor at the time of targeting, right?
A: Yeah, the Ritual Armor's trait timing is... unclear. 😦 Might need some thought/discussion. After some thought, the trait logically has to trigger when the Honor gain happens. If you had two separate Honor gains like Act of Disdain that were both delayed, it couldn't trigger at targeting or aciton activiation; it wouldn't know which was "first" until the gain actually tries to happen. Therefore, it can't trigger from Act of Disdain's gain, because it will be out of play by the time it happens. Brook Cunningham, "Sun and Moon #rules-questions", 11 Dec 2023 - Q: If using ritual armor, would you get the extra honor from focus effects too?
A: No. FEs are not actions. Brook Cunningham, "Sun and Moon #rules-questions", 31 Oct 2023
