After you reveal cards in your Provinces at the start of your turn, if this Event is face-up in one of them, until the game ends, after focus cards are revealed in a duel, if any of a player's focused cards have the same Focus Value, reduce all those cards' Focus Values to 0.

• Q: Player A resolves the Celestial Imbalance event, and then challenges Player B's personality to a duel. Both players then focus normally. As a reaction after focus cards are revealed, Player B then plays Judgement of Toshiken in an effort to stop Celestial Imbalance's effect during the duel. Does this work?

• Q: Celestial Imbalance vs Bend Like a Reed.
  If Celestial Imblane is in effect and someone wants to play Bend Like a Reed which if any focus values are reduced to 0 by the Celestial Imbalance effect?
  The 3 FV cards? The 2FV cards?

• Q: Celestial Imbalance has resolved and my Personality enters a duel that has Shinseiís Staff attached and I bow it. Since Shinseiís Staff reduces my opponentís focus value to 3 if they are above three and Celestial Imbalance reduces all cards with the same focus value to zero would any cards focused by my opponent that was three or higher have its value reduced to zero if he focused more then one card that was three or higher?
  A: Shinsei's Staff changes Focus values when the cards are focused. Celestial Imbalance changes them to when they are revealed. This combo is very effective. It turns all cards with a Focus value above 2 to 0 if there is more than one. Jeff Alexander, "post for 14 May 2003", 15 May 2003
