Rules Q&A
- Q: [ShE] Do you draw a card with Mirumoto Higashi if you Recruit a Shinsei's Heart or put The Way of the Dragon XP into play?
A: No. Higashi's draw is from a trait, not an action. Brook Cunningham, "Sun and Moon #rules-questions", 27 Mar 2025
