- Q: Question about traits on cards out of play: the ruling I got when I asked about Shiba Tsukimi XP6 is that the trait only affects the card it's on when out of play, how does it work with Asako Lao-Tsu? I mean, he's face-up in a province, out of play, but his trait triggers to allow the player to pay 2 less gold on Kharmic actions
