Q: If you play rout and destroy an attachment while fields of slaughter is in play…. Do you not gain 2 honor because the destruction occurs after the movement?

A: Yep. That gain is separate from Resolution's gains.
(Replying to a player: "I think he is asking if it grants 4 honor in resolution instead of the normal 2") Yes and no? Resolution grants 2, and this Terrain's triggered trait will also pop off 2 every time resolution destroys a card. So that's 4 total, but one isn't a substitute of the other, if you follow?
