Rules Q&A
- Q: Onyx question: can the action on The Eternal Well of the Akasha target cards with no battle actions? The first part of targeting appears to only specify 'naga in your discard pile'. Naturally the copy part would fail since there's no battle action but the cycle the first target to the bottom of your deck should work provided that declaring the action is legal.
