Rules Q&A
- Q: question with the card Bracing Ground. A couple of personalities had a foce penalty, so I play Bracing ground. Then the terrain is destroyed. Are the penalties still applied?
A: The penalties never stopped being applied. The minimum takes effect (and, effectively, precedence) while the terrain is in play, and stops when it's gone. Brook Cunningham, "Sun and Moon #rules-questions", 19 Apr 2024
