You do not lose Honor from your cards' effects and may ignore Honor Requirements. You pay less for actions and Spells for each player who controls any cards.
Open, w, : Bow your target unbowed Personality, and you may destroy them. Create a 2C/3GC/0PH • Nonhuman • Oni Personality with Force equal to the target's Chi. Before the turn ends, banish it unless you destroyed the target.

• Q: [ShE] Mishime Sensei says the gold cost of Maho actions costs 2 less for each player with a Shadowlands card.
  If I recall correctly, keywords on cards do not transfer to their abilities, so, the ability on Mishime Sensei is not a Maho action, therefore that action does not have its cost reduced?
  Or, do abilities on cards have the keywords of the card?

• Q: [ShE] Can Mishime Sensei reduce the cost on the action of Bound in Blood? The wording seems to imply that it can't, but I feel like it should? I'm not super sure how to look that one up

  A: Your Maho actions and Maho Spells cost 2 less for each player who controls Shadowlands Personalities. If you control any SL Personalities, you pay 2 less; if you and another player both control any SL Personalities, you pay 4 less. If you are playing a multiplayer game with 4 total players (including you) and all of you control some/any SL Personalities, you pay 8 less. Does that help?

  And to be clear, Bound in Blood either works or doesn't work with Mishime Sensei - it doesn't anti-work. (Ie, if you declare the cost is 6g, and Mishime Sensei reduces that to 4g, you either get to target 3 people (my answer: based on the gold paid) or 2 people (Brook's answer: based on the gold actually spent)).
  No, I think the Comprehensive Rules are wrong. Or at least, could use an additional line about changes to variable costs. Ugh
  The discussion about BiB is in the (link) channel. What if BiB said "Gold paid", rather than "Gold spent"?
  If you declare the cost as 6g, and it's reduced by 2g, I think you paid a cost of 6g. Even though you only spent 4g.
  But in the past tense, they're effectively the same. We wouldn't say you "paid" more than the actual payment was.
