A: No. Unlike Reactions, Interrupts and Responses are governed by Rules of Presence and Location. A: No. It's a trait of the Terrain. The only effets of the action are to destroy an existing Terrain and put MotP in play. A: Cards in units need Home or Remote to use their abilities outside of the battlefield. Yaheiko is not in a unit, and therefore doesn't. However, in both cases, if you don't have presence at the battlefield before the Harpoon, the Interrupt would additionally need Absent to use it.
