Rules Q&A
- Q: is swaping chi with force considered force penalty? what I wonder its if it can be negated with veteran gunso for example or the likes of it under SHE
A: Yes. To swap or set stats is to give an appropriate bonus or penalty such that they reach the new value. Brook Cunningham, "Sun and Moon #rules-questions", 15 Jul 2025 - Q: How does Veteran Gunso interact with Black Watch Sensei ?
Example : for a 4F/2C personality is the "switch effect" a -2F penalty ?
A: Yes, switching = setting to a value = applying an appropriate bonus or penalty. Brook Cunningham, "Onyx Lives #rules-questions", 25 Sep 2023
