• Q: [ShE] Does Okui have to be attached to a shugenja? It says it is considered a spell, but does that mean it has the restrictions of a spell? My understanding is it can, but I could read it as you can't. Related, Yumi of the Void seems formatted in such a way that it is both, and thus can only go on Shugenja. But the different formatting may just be them getting fancy with the Yumi.
  A: Yes, Okui can only attach to a Shugenja because it's considered a Spell, carrying that same attachment restriction.

• Q: Hi, can hikarou sensei, target okui, as an additional spell action abilities, does it over rule the Open fire of Okui or would that work to trigger the sensei and use it as an additional action?
