Rules Q&A
- Q: [ShE] Can Mishime Sensei reduce the cost on the action of Bound in Blood? The wording seems to imply that it can't, but I feel like it should? I'm not super sure how to look that one up
A: The action cost is variable, and then the subsequent targeting is based on how much you actually paid. So, reducing the cost does nothing besides also lowering the amount of targets you can choose.
