Rules Q&A
- Q: question about shout of intimidation, if the action has a bow cost does it make the enemy personality not eligible target? since shout of intimidation takes effect before "announces an action or targets" and costs are paid after announcing?
A: Costs are paid after announcing. But it doesn't matter greatly. If you bow in order to announce, you can't bow the same card to pay its own bow cost because it's already bowed, but the same would be true if the order was reversed. Brook Cunningham, "Sun and Moon #rules-questions", 11 Dec 2023
