Q: I know the list which contains the legal promos does not contain Clan Standard, but it was released in the same pack that contain Emerald Competitor and Emerald Armor, both of which are legal to play. Why is it that Clan Standard does not appear on the list? Any particular reason for this?
Thanks in advance, and sorry if my first post regarding this was not clear.
A: Just no confirmation on Clan Standard at this time. Still fact checking. There are so many promo cards released at irregular and often cryptic times, it's very difficult to track them all. Zen Faulkes, "Clan Standard Legality II", 29 Oct 2007
Q: Is Clan Standard legal for play?

Q: Question... When will Clan Standard become Tournament Legal? Will it be legal for Gencon this year?
A: There is a promo legality list on this forum with a request for help in keeping it updated. Nobody said anything about Clan Standard being released, when or where, so the card is currently not on the list and thus not legal. Zen Faulkes, "Gencon Promo legality question", 29 May 2007
