Rulings
- Erratum: Reads, "Climbing Gear 0G 3FV The Climbing Gear can only be attached to a Ninja Personality. All effects of Fortifications at the defender's Province are negated while the Climbing Gear is in an attacking army." [MRP, Pearl Edition] Rules Archive, August 18, 2007, p. 49
- The effect is automatic. It does not take an action to activate it. Accumulated Rulings, February 8, 2000, p. 20
- Clarified: all effects of Fortifications are negated, not just those that affect the attacking army. Text Change & Errata List, February 15, 2000, p. 6
