- Q: [ShE]: Regarding the new item "Kaiu Plate", does it only works against abilities on personalities (copied, inherited, etc.) or also with strategies that force a personality to do something, e.g. dueling ?
A: The former. Note the definition of "from" in the CR, pg 78-79:
"Some things check to see if other effects, actions, or targeting come “from” a given source. The source is the card that the effect, action or targeting is printed on, or the rulebook if it is printed there... ...exception: Effects of traits and abilities given to other cards, copied from other cards, or on created cards, come from the card they are on."
