Rules Q&A
- Q: If Field includes cards destroyed at resolution, then the matter of it being in a increase in, or a separate honor gain from, the honor gained from destorying the card. If it is separate, then one could do a 'Crush the Unworthy - Field of Glorious Slaughter combo" and if gain honor in a battle for cards bowed with Crush - whereas if it was an increase, no honor would be gained for those cards..
A: They are distinct gains. However, they both happen during Resolution. You will gain no Honor during Battle Resolution from destroying units hit by Crush the Unworthy - not from the Rulebook and not from Field of Glorious Slaughter. Martin Lund, "Rules for 2 September 2004", 6 Sep 2004
