Rules Q&A
- Q: Crystal Gate, and kiau sensei.
does this mean only two shadowlands units can assign per provence?
A: Yes. Both limits ("no more than two" and "no more than two") both apply, but they're not cumulative, so the result is the same as if you only had one. Jeff Alexander, "post for 18 April 2002", 18 Apr 2002
