Rules Q&A
- Q: Daidoji Nagiko- Battle: Target an enemy unit. Move Nagiko to the current battlefield. Ranged 3 Attack that must target a (legal) card in the target unit.
My question is this: If the movement is negated, does the ranged attack still go off? The confusion comes from the fact that the movement is neither a cost nor is it inclusive in the same sentence of the Ranged Attack.
Thank you
A: In general, the question is, "If one effect is negated, will the others still happen?"
That one is frequently asked, and so can be found at: http://rules.l5r.com/FAQ#If_one_effect_ ... _happen.3F Zen Faulkes, "Daidoji Nagiko + Movement Negation", 10 Nov 2008
