Rules Q&A
- Q: Keep of Earth says search your fate deck for a Ring of Earth, does that mean you can only go for Ring of Earth or can you also go for Dark Ring of Earth?
A: Both Ring of Earth and Dark Ring of Earth count as "Ring of Earth" cards, as per the Keyword Rule. The answer to, "Are you a Ring of Earth?" when posed to both of these cards is "yes." Martin Lund, "Rules for 29 August 2004", 2 Sep 2004 - Q: ShE Rules question: I am raiding, my opponent plays a dark ring of Earth. Does it still work if were not at a province?
A: No. No Province to reduce, so the rest of the effect after "to" won't happen. Brook Cunningham, "Sun and Moon #rules-questions", 15 Jun 2026
