Rules Q&A
- Q: Shame (dishonored), Frenzy (avoid dishonor/follower kill), Dark Secrets,
A: And Last Gift. How could you get Dark Secrets but not Last Gift????? :) Jeff Alexander, "post for 19 February 2002", 20 Feb 2002 - Q: I'm sorry if this has been asked (and answered) but I've been offlist for a couple of months.
I did see a ruling upwards of a month ago that said a (face-up) Personality in a Province is still a Personality. Does this mean that cards such as Last Gift and Dark Secrets can target a face-up Personality in a Province? Both cards do not target a "Personality in play" but just a "Personality".
A: All cards, Strongholds, etc. are implicitly restricted to targeting only cards in play by default. Jeff Alexander, "Rulings for 19 February 2001", 24 Feb 2001
