- Q: Can I use Akodo Anshiro's (exp) ability if he's not at the current battlefield?
A: Lotus rules, pg. 51: "Rule of Presence... is satisfied if either:
"• The player already controls a unit at the current battlefield" Maybe, maybe not.
"• The Battle or Open action he wants to use will result in him controlling a unit there, unconditionally." That works, so we're halfway there.
"Rule of Relevance. The action must:
"• Come from, target, affect, play, or create a card or token at the current battlefield or attached to the current Province(.)" No.
"• Target or affect the current Province itself(.)" No.
