Rules Q&A
- Q: (I)if say i have personality "X" at the current battlefield and my opponent only has a Hida Kuon (Exp. 6) that has not yet had his trait triggered... Does (Delayed Conflict) trigger his trait? Or does it go through it?
A: All that matters is whose action it is, and that it targets.
Who is doing the targeting does not matter.
It's your action (I'm assuming). It targets. Trait triggers. Zen Faulkes, "Delayed Conflict vs Kuon Exp6", 8 Dec 2010
