- Q: If my army is all Dragon Clan personalities and my opponent plays a Dissent, how many personalities are bowed?

Are all targets of Dissent announced at the same time? And do they need to be different targets? Situation:
Player A has 2 different Clan Alignemnts in his army. Player B plays Dissent. Player A plays Misdirection.
Can Player A decide to target the same card twice?
A: They are all chosen at once. You can not target any card more than once with this targeting. Suppose that Hida A attacks a province. My opponent blocks with two Scorpions (just to add some flavor) without attachments. On my chance of taking a battle action, I play Dissent. How many Scorpions can I bow? One or zero?
