Rules Q&A
- Q: @Brook Cunningham since Proclaim is an Interrupt, this means the "after you recruit your personality" phrase refers to the effect not timing right? So even if you have the favor and Dojis Guidance is in play, you don't get the +1 honor gain from the +1 PH.
A: Well, I didn't make the OBH Rules nor did I write their Interrupt version of what is not an Interrupt in normal Ivory/20F/Onyx. I also don't have those Rules or the CR handy, but as I recall, the normal Proclaim gain is after the Personality is in play, so I would assume the OBH Proclaim is intended to work the same?
