- Q: I assign to a battle with a battle maiden, with the "Fearsome Mempo" attached and give an enemy Personality a force penalty. Can I then react with "The Wind Never Stops"?
A: The Wind Never Stops is only triggered by Battle actions.

No. Zen Faulkes, "Fearsome Mempo + The Wind Never Stops", 15 Feb 2011 - Q: So, if I use the Naval Reaction on a 2F personality, and then my opponent the reacts with Fearsome Mempo and Utaku Jin-Lao, rendering my personality unable to perform actions, then I am forced to pass on the first action of the combat segment, correct? If that is the case, then if my opponent passes on his first action, is the battle over before I am ever able to take an action?
