- Q: 2. O'Ushi Sensei: what about Flameseeker for example? His ability states: Battle: Bow Flameseeker. Reduce the Chi of an opposing Personality by Flameseeker's Chi. This will not reduce the target's Chi below 1. Can the O'Ushi Sensei change this to force reduction?
