Rules Q&A
- Q: Battle : Target two or more of your Personalities with Force penalties from the same source. Negate those penalties.
Does "those penalties" mean "all the penalities on the targeted personnalities which are from the same source".
Example : on my oponent turn Kachiko is here and I play Flashy Technique. My opponent attacks with one personnality et plays Bountiful Fields' battle action : does the personality still have -1F (Bountiful negates only one penalty) or does he recover all his force ?
A: You can't take the action from Bountiful Fields if you only have one Personality in your army, since it requires you to target two or more Personalities.
However. Assuming your opponent attacks you with more than one Personality, one copy of Bountiful Fields will negate the Force penalties from just one shared source. Alex Jones, "Bountiful Fields", 2 Jun 2014
