Gozoku Reaction: After the Resolution Segment begins, target your performing Courtier or Gozoku Personality to target two Personalities controlled by the same player, one of whom must be at the current battlefield. Their controller may show you his hand. If he did, you may discard a card from it; otherwise, switch his Personalities' locations.

• Q: If an effect happens "during" one of your Phases, you can have it happen any time in the Phase that you want. [DW, 12/9/96]
  A: Does this allow such an effect to come before "beginning of the Phase / Segment" effects or after "end of the Phase / Segment" effects?
  I think it has to fall between those two Reaction windows.
