Can she react to the bonus a Personality receives when attaching an item (e.g. the +1/+0 from Heavy Armor)?
A: Yes. Vaughn Derderian, "Post for July 15th, 2003", 15 Jul 2003 - Q: This came up in a game today. I checked the accumulated rulings and the rulebook, and it wasn't entirely clear.

If I combine 2 or more ranged attacks to hit a person with Heavy Armor (say, a ranged 4 and a ranged 2), what happens?
A) Both of the ranged attacks target the personality, and so both are reduced by two, and there is a total ranged 2 attack. B) Since they are combined, they make one ranged 6 attack, and so the result after the modification is a ranged 4 attack.
