Rules Q&A
- Q: The second question is O- Ushi Sensei. Does it work in any strange way with Hitomi Kokujin?
A: Outside of creating a challenge, Hitomi Kokujin Exp. doesn't do anything with Chi. There's nothing strange for O-Ushi Sensei to work with.
