Rules Q&A
- Q: That is, if Chen bows to use the Horsebow, is he precluded from using the Daikyu (or Horsebowmen or Archers or any other item or follower with a Ranged Attack) later on in the battle, simply because Chen is now bowed?
A: Actions on unbowed cards attached to a bowed Personality can still be used [GE p. 24] provided their actions don't target him or require him to bow as part of the cost. Something the Gold rulebook doesn't mention, since it came up after it was printed, is that Spells are an exception to this rule. Jeff Alexander, "post for 4 February 2003", 5 Feb 2003
